Contacting Ekati
One form for questions about the platform, a subscription, or putting your school online.
If something is wrong, missing, or you simply want to understand a decision, the contact page is where to say so. It is a short form and it reaches a person: questions about the platform, about a subscription, about a payment that has not gone through, or about registering your school. Writing to Ekati about a platform question is almost always faster than waiting for a school to answer it.
Two other routes exist, and choosing the right one saves days. About a school — write to the school, from the contact panel on its profile, because only the school can answer about its own fees, its calendar or a file it has not opened. About an application — the tracking page carries a message thread with the admissions team, which is faster and more precise than email because the answers sit against your file.
Either way, the more precisely you write, the faster the answer comes. A name, a school, an order or an applicant ID and a sentence about what you expected is usually enough.
Writing a message that gets answered
Five fields, and four of them take ten seconds.
-
Required
Your name and email
Your full name and the address you want the reply sent to. Use an address you actually open.
-
Optional
Your phone number
Useful when the answer is about a payment on a specific number. Leave it empty otherwise.
-
Optional
A subject line
Four or five words that say what it is about — the school, the payment, the registration.
-
Required
Your message
What you did, what you expected, and the one thing you need. One or two paragraphs is plenty.
Sending the message
One button, and you will know it arrived.
What the form asks for
Your name and Email are the only required fields, plus your message. Phone and Subject are optional, and both are useful when your question is about something specific. The form marks what is required, so there is no guessing.
Press Send message
When it goes through, a green confirmation appears at the top of the same form: thanks for reaching out, the team will get back to you. Your message reaches the Ekati inbox directly, in the language you wrote it — so write in whichever of the two you are more comfortable in.
If something was left out
Your entries stay in the form, so a message rejected for a missing field takes one correction and one more click rather than five minutes of retyping. Check the email address first if the send fails: a mistyped address is the most common reason.
Please do not send the same message twice
Duplicate messages do not speed anything up; they simply split the answer. If you have already written about a payment or an application, add to that thread instead of starting a new one — and if you are writing about an application, remember that the tracking page reaches the same team.
Getting an answer faster
Three routes, and only one of them is the contact form.
About a school: write to the school
Admissions, fees, the school calendar, a document it has not received, a class that is full — these are the school’s to answer, and the Contact school panel on its profile has the address, email address and phone number it published for exactly that. Ekati cannot answer them on the school’s behalf.
About an application: use the tracking page
If the school has asked you for information, the answer belongs in the tracking page, next to your file and to the question. That is how the admissions team is expecting to receive it, and it keeps your application moving instead of starting a side conversation by email.
About the platform: write here
Course access you paid for and cannot open, an order that has been processing for too long, a payment that was refused, a screen that behaves oddly, a question about what a plan includes, or how to register your school — those are Ekati’s to answer, and this form reaches the team that can.
The email address too
The footer of every page carries a direct address for support, which is useful when you are writing from a phone and would rather attach a screenshot. Use whichever route suits you — but include the same details: your name, the school or the order, the reference or applicant ID, and the date.
Contact questions
Asked by people who want an answer rather than a page.
-
How do I contact Ekati?
Open the contact page, fill in your name, your email address and your message, and press Send message. A phone number and a subject line help if your question is about a specific payment or school. The message reaches the Ekati team directly.
-
How long does it take to get a reply?
Write and you will get a confirmation on screen straight away that the message was received. The reply comes by email to the address you gave. If your question concerns an application, answering through the tracking page is usually quicker still, because the answer lands on your file.
-
Who should I contact about a school’s fees or calendar?
The school itself. The Contact school panel on its profile carries the address, email address and phone number it published for that purpose. Ekati hosts the school’s profile and its admissions, but fees, timetables and school decisions are made by the school.

My payment went through but my course has not opened.
First check the status on your order: if it still reads processing, the payment is being validated and the course opens as soon as it is. If the status has been processing for a long time, write to this page with your order reference — it is the one detail that lets the team find your payment immediately.
