Ekati is a school management platform for Cameroonian institutions. One deployment serves many schools; each school gets its own data, its own branding, its own public website and its own fee schedule, and nothing crosses between them.

This handbook is the operating manual. It explains what each part of the platform does, who uses it, and what happens at the edges — including the places where something is only partly finished. Where a feature is limited, the guide says so rather than describing an ideal version of it.
