Activity history: everything that changed on your file
The dated record of what happened to your enrolment, your payments and your course registrations.
The activity history is your file’s memory. Every time something changes on your record — your enrolment is confirmed, a payment is recorded, a course registration is added or a Form B is sent — a line is written here with the date it happened and the status it moved to. Open it from Activity History in the sidebar.
It is a short, plain list rather than a report. No charts, no totals, no jargon: one line per change, newest first. Most people come here for one of two reasons — to check that something you were told about actually happened, or to find out when it happened so you can ask the office about it.
Nothing here is ever edited or removed. If a line is wrong, the answer is a new, visible line that explains it — not the disappearance of an old one.
What you will find here
The four kinds of change that are recorded on your file.
-
School
Enrolment
Your registration in a class, and every status it moves to from the moment the school creates the file.
-
Money
Payments
A payment recorded against your file, with the status it is given once the school has seen it.
-
Courses
Course registrations
A course you registered for, dropped, or that the office approved.
-
Registration
Form B
Each course registration you send for a semester, submitted and waiting for review.
How to read one line
Four pieces of information, none of them technical.
What changed
The bold line at the top of each entry names the thing that changed: your enrolment, a payment, one of your course registrations, or your Form B. That is the record’s subject, not a message to you.
The status it now carries
Underneath, a coloured pill gives the status. Green means settled, amber means waiting on somebody, red means something needs your attention. The colour follows the school’s own status, so the same word always looks the same everywhere in Ekati.
The date
The date sits on the right of the heading line, in your phone’s own date format. This is the part worth reading: it is what turns “they changed my registration” into “they changed my registration on Tuesday”.
What it was before
When a status genuinely changed rather than being set for the first time, the entry also names the status it came from. You will see Previous: Pending under a line that is now Approved, which is the quickest way to understand a change you did not make yourself.
When it is worth coming here
Three ordinary moments where the history settles a question faster than a phone call.
After you hand over money
A payment made at the counter does not appear on your file until the school has recorded it. When the history shows a payment line with a settled status, the money is on your account and you can stop worrying. If nothing appears at all, the receipt has not been entered yet — that is a question for the office, with the receipt in hand.
After you submit a Form B
Sending a Form B writes a line here the moment you press the button. That is the quickest proof that your registration went through, useful on a weak connection when you are not sure the page really sent it.
When something looks wrong
If a course appears in My courses that you did not register for, or a payment shows an amount you do not recognise, the history tells you when it appeared. Bring the date to the school: it is the single most useful piece of information you can give them, because it turns the conversation from “I think something happened” into “this happened on this date”.

Activity history questions
Asked by students checking on something they expected to see.
-
Why is my activity history empty?
The history only records changes to your enrolment, your payments and your course registrations. A brand new account that has not been enrolled, paid or registered for anything yet has nothing to show. The page fills up on its own as soon as the school touches your file.
-
Can I delete a line I do not agree with?
No, and that is deliberate. The history is kept exactly as it was written, which is what makes it useful when you ask the school about a change. If something was recorded in error, it is corrected by a new visible line that explains itself — never by making the old one disappear.
-
Why can I not see every lesson I opened?
This page follows the formal steps of your school record — enrolment, payments, course registrations and Form B — not your reading. For lesson-by-lesson progress, open the course itself: each lesson carries a tick once you have finished it, and the course page shows how far through the material you are.
-
My payment is not showing. What should I do?
Check with the office first. A payment only enters your file once the school records it against your enrolment, and the line appears here at that moment — not when you hand over the money. Give them the date, the amount and the receipt reference, and the line will appear as soon as it has been entered.
